that is not availible all the time. If anyone knows of any sites I would
really appreaciate it.
Clinton nearly sees rocket's red glare 29 Apr 2006 18:23 GMT5
I've done rockets at birthday parties before, but never one quite like
this one. I'm not sure which is worse, the Secret Service overreacting,
the emphasis on the mother's occupation, or the parachute exploding in
the air.

Field Boxes at Pratt Hobbies27 Apr 2006 16:41 GMT4
Following our usual policy of doing the obvious thing about a year
after we really should have, I've added some very nice tool and field
boxes from Plano Molding to our web catalog at www.pratthobbies.com.
I've been using these for some time and they are excellent. The
how would you attempt to interest members of "the digital generation" in model rocketry?27 Apr 2006 15:41 GMT22
Hey gang,
Just thought I'd try a new thread...
I've been noticing that a great many people involved with model rockets

hybrid engine calculator25 Apr 2006 19:18 GMT2

parameters for a hybrid rocket? I was thinking along the lines of

combustion chamber size and rate of nox flow.
Parachute materials25 Apr 2006 17:57 GMT6
Can anyone resommend a source for parachute materials - coated ripstop, seam
reinforcing tape (nylon) and that flat nylon cord the manufacturers all seem
to use, in particular. The ripstop I've seen at a couple of kite making
sites, but it seems pricey. The tape and cord I haven't ...

California.

It's similar to CHAD staging except you build a booster pod to hold the
booster motor. Centauri played with it in the early 70's but never
release any production models just plans available in American
Not much changes here23 Apr 2006 22:54 GMT7
Been away from this NG for a while.  Took a break... from a lot of things.
I see some familiar nicknames.  I see some new ones.  I enjoyed it for
awhile.
I just wanted to say "Hi!" to those I know, and those I know only by
