What are peoples thoughts regarding the max safe deployment velocity for a typical mid power (F <---> I impulse) rocket of paper or phenolic and also glass construction, assuming tubular nylon harness, without causing damage such as a zipper?

One of the claims of ATFE is that APCP is explosive because it contains its own oxidizer. So some questions: 1. What is the reaction between zinc and sulfur? Is one of them an oxidizer?

Today I received an email from a Roy Parker, who I gather used to work with the ATF. I don't know if he still does. Anyway If anybody was wondering if current or former ATF agents are persusing RMR, I think now we have some veidence that they do.

has anybody noticed that the graph that the ATF provided to show realtive burn rates seems, to be, well off in actual scale? the 36mm is too close to the 100mm mark while the 143 mark is way too close to the 1,000mm mark. Would somebody be so kind to redarw it to scale? Is
