I'm going to be spending some time with some friends near Gettysburg Pa soon, and their son wants to go fly some rockets. Are there any rocket-friendly launch sites near that area? We'll be flying low-powered stuff, nothing over 1 lb or greater than "F"

I would like to make my own dense foam nose cones using a mold and casting method. Making the mold is the easy part. The foam, well is another story. Expandable foam insulation doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas on foam products that could be poured into the mold? ...
