Was using a Futaba s148 servo for steering an A class yacht. Problem is
these tend to become 'obsolete' quite quickly in extreme conditions.
Does anyone know of a more ballsy winch that doesn't cost the earth?

I just bought a used r/c sailboat.
very fancy, very fast.
there is a very small hole in the sail.
actually, it isn't even a hole yet.

can anyone offer advice to a new rc boater (lots of plan experience)
as far as nitro vs electric?  pros and cons?  Thanks

Can anyone tell me if it OK to use 35MHz tramsmitter for Boats in the UK.  I
want to also fly planes and only want to buy one tranie.

Go here, don't know if these are merely reprints of old  kit plans and
instructions. I have the CC 63' Motor Yacht and Sea Maid from original
Sterling kits. A  built up 63' Motoryacht , display, no motor or R/C, went
for $500+ on Ebay recently

Anyone looking to sell a K&B 7.5 Pro lower unit?

I have a 48" Dumas PT109 assembled with three electric motors.
Boat is quite fast for it's 28lbs weight.
Includes:
2 Astroflight cobalt 340 racing motors on port and starboard, no reverse on

As long as I don't exceed the ESC's current rating, is there any reason why I
can't run multiple motors off a common ESC? Application is a multiprop scale
boat, where I don't need to have different speeds on the three shafts.
Anyone actually doing this?

I am interested in RC Submarines. I am new to Remote Control and know nothing
