I have just bought a submarine (second hand and quite old - obviously scratch built) which purports to be of the static diving type. There is a small motor operated compressor from which two tubes lead. One goes to a solid plastic bottle in the bow and the other to a rubber balloon

I think I'll get a real radio system, but there's a bit I'd like to know first. If I push a control stick to one side and then let it return to the centre, does the servo track both ways?

| Newbie question: range of r/c | 02 Sep 2003 00:49 GMT | 1 |
I just built a boat and canabalised the r/c from a toy car I got at a yard sale for 5$. Works, but the pond is much bigger than the range of the r/c. It's a 27mHz thingie.
