I'm heavily into EP and GP cars/trucks. In front of where I work is a
drainage ditch and It's just begging me to get a damn boat!!!
I think I want something small with a deep V and GP but I'm not

I am getting radio interference from a 6 volt 3 pole motor, which is not
suppressed.
My local model shop just told me to buy 'standard' capacitors, but of course
this is not a language my local electronics shop speaks.

I modified a weed whacker engine to fit into my Dumas Deep V (5 ft)  I'm not
sure of the model number.  Anyhow, with the engine being significantly
larger than stock, how can I build a cover for the Engine/Electronics Bay?

While I have sailed full sized boats for many years I have no
experience with the r/c model type.  I'm looking for something which
involves some construction, sails well and (of course) not excessively
expensive (we're talking Cdn $ here).

The pond where I sail contains salt water, and the problem is of course

I am about to resurrect a model yacht that my father had as a boy ( circa
1910).
It is carved from a solid piece of wood and has what I would call classical
Fyffe lines.
