I want to scratch-build a cigarette hull about 5 feet long, how do I
start?  I have a perfect sized pond nearby that is not being used.
All I have now is a side-view line drawing of one that is pretty

Advice re: New Futaba or Hitec 2/3 channel boat radio24 May 2004 20:26 GMT2
I'm replacing an old radio that isn't narrow band.  I currently
use JR computer radios with my heli.  I see a 75mHz Futaba T2ER
2-channel and a Hitec Ranger IIN 27mHz at my local hobby store.  I
think I would rather have only 75, and the store can order both radios
Powering sail Servos24 May 2004 13:53 GMT2
From experience, what size of battery, remembering the possible limited
space available in most yachts,
would you use to power the sail and rudder servos.
Obviously, they cannot be too large nor can they have a limited in service
Prop for .20 airboat.24 May 2004 09:25 GMT1
Hey all,
I'm building an airboat from scratch for an OS 20FP.  Suggested prop size
recommended is a 9x4.  I'm wondering if an 8x6 three bladed prop would be
suitable for this?  Thanks,

I'll be in Portland, Oregon for a few days in early July.  Are there any

Hello all! New to this NG, and have a question. I have a Mr Darby Tug, and

Lesro Models were produced in the Christchurch, Bournemouth area (UK). But
now their website www.lesromodels.com is permanently down. Anyone know if
they have closed down? Or are they just having web problems? I've emailed
their local Westbourne Models for info but had no reply.
