Looking for a short waterline length kit or (at a pinch) plans (beginner suitable) of a boat for my son. Had in mind 18" or so waterline, converted non R/C type, indeed non R/C would probably be preferable but as this is an R/C group... . Does anyone know of a supplier of said

As i watch some pictures of hydroplanes,i observe that the water rudder isn't in the center of boat but a litle right or left..Also there is a fin at the "step" of the hull... You can see all these in these photos...
